A new Motorola smartphone has surfaced online and it has kept me wondering what the company is trying to do. I was published an article saying Motorola will be launching more of mid-range smartphones, so Stay with me on this; the company launched a phone just last month in Europe and it was called the Moto G8 Power, though the launching of the device was not hyped to gain much audience online, but here they are trying to launch another product globally which looks like the Moto G Power that was launched in the US just last month, February, and it also has the same design of the Moto G8 Power that was launched quietly in Europe and finally it is to be called the Moto G8 Power Lite.
Here is what we have to look at, the Moto G8 Power that is about to hit the European market has the same back panel as the Moto G8 Power Lite and the body design is 90% identical, the 10% goes for the triple camera design instead of the quad lens, and hole-punch display. Aside from those two things, nothing else, while the Moto G Power and the G8 Power Lite are 100% identical from the camera layout to the display and others.
So here is what am thinking, I think the company is trying to launch the Moto G Power as the “Moto G8 Power Lite” in Europe, did you catch it?
There are no leaked specs of the Moto G8 Power Lite yet, but since it is 100% identical to the Moto G power, it should have the above specs and part of the Moto G8 Power features as well.
NB: The specs above might not be accurate, it might change when the product is eventually launched.
