Samsung has rolled out updates for the Samsung Galaxy S20 series smartphones and it is meant to bring some new features to the phones. The phones were launched back in February 2020 and notwithstanding, Samsung has been pushing out security updates to fix bugs and this one made it the third since the launch date.
The update will bring in improvements to some of the features on the devices. This update has started rolling out in European countries and the updates with version G98xxXXS2ATD5 only brings the May 2020 security patch.
It was also stated that after a user has updated the device, nothing will happen to the functionality of the device as it is just a security update.
According to a report by Sammobile, the update will not allow users to degrade the device OS because of the new security update policy.
