There has been a small leak about the Ulefone Armor X7 which is going to be a budget rugged device for low-range smartphone users who still want to have good stuffs on their device. The device is said to feature some amazing techs and will be the first rugged device to feature Android 10, but it is a budget device so you shouldn’t expect much from it.
Ulefone Armor X7 is rumored to feature a plastic and rubber, the rubber serves as the body protection which is cool, it has a weight of 235g with the battery, features a fingerprint sensor, and yes, it is waterproof. Ulefone Armor X7 comes in three different colors; Black, Orange, Red.
The display of Ulefone Armor X7 will be a full screen (notch screen) IPS capacitive touchscreen with 5.72 inches FHD+ OGS display and a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 Pixels with pixel density of ~281 PPI (Pixel Per Inch) and 24 -bit color depth which is not bad at all. It is a capacitive touchscreen with a display protection.
Ulefone Armor X7 will feature a MediaTek Helio P22 with Quad-Core 2.0GHz ARM Cortex-A53, IMG PowerVR GPU, 16GB internal memory which can be further expanded using a memory card up to 256GB using the second SIM slot, and a 2GB RAM which I consider too low for a budget device in 2020. The device will be running on the latest Android 10 with a customized user interface (UI), meaning it will not be a stock Android version.
Ulefone Armor X7 appears to have a single camera at the back which will be a 13MP and a 5MP front snapper. Going over to the battery, it will be equipped with 4,000mah non-removable battery and according to our source, it is meant to last users up to 29hrs of music, 12hrs of talk-time, 9 hours of surfing the web and up to 8hrs watching videos.
Ulefone Armor X7 will be waterproof and will have a rear mounted fingerprint reader, a 3.5mm headphone jack, supports 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.0, Micro USBv2.0 With OTG and Ulefone Armor X7 is said to retail for just 31,000 Naira/$89 or less.
